Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) has developed an online Journal Recognition System called the HEC Journal Recognition System (HJRS) for accreditation of research journals. The list of HEC recognized Research Journals of Social Sciences Journals are listed below. HJRS is a collection of research journals that are categorized within their respective knowledge areas on the basis of a number of international benchmarked and recognized parameters that measure the quality of a journal. The HJRS online system can be accessed at hjrs.hec.gov.pk.
