Ingredients
- Finely chopped potatoes (bareek kaate aloo): 2
- 2 Medium size Onion sliced (darmiyani kati piyaz)
- 1 Sliced Cucumber (kheera kta hua)
- Small Sliced Capsicum (shimla mirch choti): 1
- Sliced Cabbage (kati hui bandgobhi): 1 cup
- Gramflour (besan): one and a half cup
- Red Chilli powder (surkh mirch): 1 tablespoon
- Salt (namak): 1 tablespoon
- Cumin seed (safed zeera): 1 tablespoon
- Grind Coriander (pisa dhaniya): 1 tablespoon
- Fenugreek Leaves (qusuri methi) : 1 tablespoon
- Carom Seed (ajwain): half teaspoon
- Baking soda: half teaspoon
- Water: half cup
Recipe
- Put the gramflour in the bowl.
- Add Red Chilli powder,Salt,Baking Soda,Carom seed, Fenugreekkleaves,Grind Coriander,Cumin Seed,mix all these spices in the Bowl.
- Add water in the bowl and mix it properly.
- Make a normal filling (neither thick nor thin.
- Now Cabbages, Capsicum, Potatoes, Onions and cucumber.
- Mix all ingredients in the bowl well.
- Take a spoon full quantity of the mixture and put in the fry pan,now fry them at low flame till golden brown.
- Delicious Vegetable Pakora is ready to be served.
- Serve it with ketchup, curd or tea.
