For protection from Evil and Sorcery, the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said to Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas that if you recite the following supplication three times in the morning, you will be safe from the harm of Satan, priests, and magicians till evening and if you recite it in the evening, you will be safe from these things till morning. (Dua 954, Ibn al-Sunni 1/62)
Supplication for protection from Evil
اَصْبَحْنَا وَاَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلّٰهِ وَالْحَمْدُ كُلُّهٗ لِلّٰهِ اَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰهِ الَّذِيْ يُمْسِكُ السَّمَآءَ اَنْ تَقَعَ عَلَى الْاَرْضِ اِلَّا بِاِذْنِهٖ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ وَذَرَاَ وَمِنْ شَرِّ الشَّيْطَانِ وَشِرْكِهٖ
Translation: For Allah, we made the evening (of the morning) and the whole kingdom made the evening (of the morning), all praise is due to Allah. I seek refuge from the evil of the creatures and what has spread and from the evil of Satan and his polytheism.
آسیب و سحر وغیرہ سے حفاظت کا نبوى نسخہ
فضیلت: حضرت عبد اللہ بن عمرو بن العاصؓ سے آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اگر تم نے اس (مذکورہ) دعا کو تین مرتبہ شام کے وقت پڑھ لیا تو شام تک شیطان ،کاہن اور جادوگر کے ضرر سے محفوظ رہو گے اور اگر صبح پڑھا تو شام تک ان چیزوں سے محفوظ رہو گے ۔ (الدعاء 954، ابن السنی 1/62)

ترجمہ: اللہ کے لئے ہم نےشام کی(صبح کی) اور پوری سلطنت نے شام(صبح) کی، تمام تعریف اللہ کے لئے ہے، پناہ لیتا ہوں اللہ کی جس نے آسمان کو روکے رکھا کہ وہ زمین پر گرے مگر اس کی اجازت سے مخلوق کی برائی سے اور جو پھیلی ہے اور شیطان کے شر اور اس کے شرک سے۔
